People often ask me “Tsion, what do you want to be known for? ” and I’ve found that over the years my answer has changed except for these 3 things ; being known for walking in love, extending kindness and a person that always makes room for people at my table.
Being Ethiopian and growing up in the Ethiopian community here in Vancouver has taught me the value of community and the importance of never leaving anyone behind. Gathering people has always been second nature to me and over time has become a genuine passion because I first saw my parents demonstrate it in our home.
As a certified Event Planner with experience in many events – intentionality, passion and excellence is in my blood. When it comes to fine details, organization, vision, execution, coordination and relationship, I’m your girl!
I’m not only here to create an event for you, but I’m here to calm storms for you. By the way, my name Tsion is pronounced see-on (I know you were wondering)

I have always looked for ways to celebrate the lives of people around me. Whether it was a word of encouragement, a helping hand or just a supportive presence, I would be that. Being a young entrepreneur, wife and mom of 3, multitasking is a strong skill set of mine! Whether it’s setting up, coordinating meetings, networking with suppliers or casting creative vision, I’m here to do It all.
Whether it be organizing a child’s birthday party or a grand wedding, I look forward to making it a time you will never forget!
I have a passion for bringing people together and what better way than putting together astonishing events. Life is worth celebrating and when things in life get difficult, it’s those key moments that we never forget and cling onto.

Looking back to the days I worked in a café, it was important for me not only to remember the drinks of our regular customers, but to know the stories that came with each cup that I made. I remember trying to make the café feel as though they walked into my own home and wished that I could work in the type of industry that would allow me to always create intentional spaces and moments for others. I believe that community and celebration are essential to making life beautiful. I love celebrating big and small moments with people. Whether it’s monumental moments such as weddings or graduations, or smaller things such as making time for your friends, everything matters and is worth being purposeful about.
As a person my biggest passion is to create safe places for others to learn or to simply gather. From luxury picnics to birthday parties and workshops, a place where people can gather and grow and celebrate is so significant to me.
I can’t wait to provide an intentional and purposeful event for you and your loved ones!

We are a dynamic, creative and skilled duo who are passionate about taking a blank canvas and creating something beautiful. We love being given the opportunity to gather people and celebrate them – whether hosting an event ourselves or helping others celebrate their loved ones. From dreaming, planning to execution; the whole process truly excites us!
